Since beginning his career in 2005, Landon has become one of the most recognized and trusted Realtors in the Texarkana region through a business built largely on referrals, repeat clients, and long-term relationships.

Landon is endorsed by Dave Ramsey and holds the prestigious CCIM designation — a credential earned by only a small percentage of commercial real estate professionals nationwide. He also holds the ABR designation as well as the CRRP designation and has extensive experience across residential, commercial, investment, land, and short-term rental properties.

Over the years, Landon has expanded his reach across four states and six MLS systems while maintaining a strong presence in both the Texarkana market and the rapidly growing Hochatown area. Known for his marketing strategy, negotiation skills, market knowledge, and follow-through, he has successfully helped clients navigate everything from first homes to complex commercial and investment transactions. Today, he also leads and mentors a growing team of agents who share the same commitment to service and professionalism.

At the core of Landon’s business is his faith, his family, and his desire to serve others well. He and his wife, Amanda, have been married since 2000 and have a daughter, Claire. Outside of real estate, much of his time is spent with family, serving through church and community involvement, mentoring agents, and occasionally stepping away for a quiet getaway to recharge.
