Still a teenager, Landon took up business wholeheartedly when he scoured the job market, taking a position bagging groceries. Within a few years, he had ascended the ranks of the store hierarchy, becoming a manager, where he remained for six years – right up to the point that upper management started reducing benefits and even letting some of his colleagues go. That was when he came to a decision point: remain beholden to his employers or find another path for himself.
From there, Landon launched his own fence construction company, tasting entrepreneurship but still only tentatively. It was in real estate, in 2005, that he found his passion, and in the years since then, he has established himself as one of Texarkana’s most-trusted and top-producing Realtors, even earning an endorsement from Dave Ramsey, America’s radio voice on money and business.
Living in Texarkana from 1986 on, Landon is deeply connected to his home town. He is a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School, and he completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing at Texas A&M University – Texarkana. Landon has also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. In terms of real estate, his education is never complete. He continually invests time and money into the latest training and education.
Landon holds licenses in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, serving residential and commercial clients alike. Every day, he strives to pay careful attention to his clients’ needs and making transactions smooth, simple, and straightforward. Known for his friendly approach to real estate, he has proven his devotion to service over and over, which is why he generates a substantial portion of his business through referrals and repeat clients.
Cultivating long-term relationships is always Landon’s goal in real estate. In his own words: “My duty as a Realtor is to help my clients make the best real estate decision for themselves, even if that decision does not earn me a commission.”
Landon married his high school sweetheart, Amanda, in 2000, and they have one daughter, Claire. In his free time, he enjoys running, deer hunting, camping, playing disc golf, and spending time with his family and friends. He is an active member and a Deacon at First Baptist Church Texarkana, where he teaches and mentors youth boys.

Amanda has worked alongside her husband over the course of his career. That exposure to real estate has deepened her desire to help clients not only find the perfect home, but to educate and acquaint them with the entire process.

Amanda married her high school sweetheart, Landon, in October 2000. They have a wonderful daughter, Claire, who is their joy. Amanda enjoys camping, hunting, spending time with family and friends, and lazy days at home. She is an active member and previous employee of First Baptist Church where she invests in the high school student ministry.
Sumer has always been a hard-working individual who was willing do whatever it takes to get the job not only done but done right. She is a first-generation high school and college graduate. Proud graduate of Texas High School and alumni of Texas A&M Texarkana holding a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Sumer started her own side business, Bright Bling, selling jewelry in 2019 and quickly realized how much of an entrepreneur’s heart she had. After buying her first home in 2020, she began to prayerfully consider a career in real estate. Sumer has a heart for marketing and helping others. Creating and sustaining relationships with those in the community is a passion of hers. Above all, she believes that hard work and integrity can get you just about anywhere! Those are the qualities she intends to display most as a Realtor. April started her career in Houston, Texas working closely with real estate investors in the multi-family housing industry in the early 2000’s. She also worked as a relocation consultant and in corporate housing as well as having a successful career as an agent in new home construction and sales. She later spent time as a full-time Realtor® specializing in helping first-time home buyers. April has an educational background in public relations and marketing and over 20 years of experience in real estate. She is an East Texas native and has been married to her husband Matt for 20 years and they now call Arkansas home.
April serves her clients with a “human behind the sold sign” approach, always being mindful of everyone’s needs, adding personal touches, all while navigating the process without sacrificing integrity or professionalism.
Outside of real estate she and her family love to mountain bike in Northwest Arkansas, travel and spend time with their church family. However, most of the time you will find her homeschooling her three kids and hauling them around to sports practices and social events.
Jessica has been in the customer service industry for years and found that connecting with her customers and giving the best service made it not only convenient for them but made it easy to form a lasting business relationship. She quickly learned that caring about the person and giving them the attention and service that they deserved was the way to successfully obtain and keep a happy customer.
Applying those years of experience into the role of Client Acquisition Specialist is allowing Jessica to reach out to the community and beyond to expand the database of clients who truly feel known and cared for by herself and the team at Realty Fanatics Group. She truly has a heart for people and longs to help them find opportunities in real estate and guide them in making the best real estate decisions.
